Marine Medical Group PPG Survey

Updated on 13th July 2017 at 8:41 am

Dear Patient

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) of Marine Medical Group is carrying out a survey to help it really understand what matters to patients.

There are so many surveys today wanting our views on everything from coffee to holidays but this survey focuses on the very important issue of your health and your relationship with your GP and the Practice.  Have your say on what is important to you and complete the survey.

By completing the survey you will help your PPG to work with the Practice to develop the service patients really want.  The survey is anonymous and all of the information gathered will be analysed and an action plan created in conjunction with the Practice which the PPG will monitor and review throughout the coming year.  You can read more about the results of the survey in our Autumn Newsletter. Copies of previous Newsletters can be found on Marine Medical Group’s website.

There are two ways to complete the survey.  You can complete it online by following  the link below

or you can complete the survey in hard copy by picking up a copy in the surgery and putting the completed survey in the box provided.  Either way, the PPG wants and needs to hear what you think.

The survey will from 1st July to 2nd August.

The PPG aims to be diverse and representative of the patients within the Practice.  If you are interested in learning more about the work of the PPG or wish to join the committee please email and someone will contact you.

Thanks in advance
